2022 4th World Conference on Management Science and Engineering (WCMSE 2022)

Considering the uncertainty of COVID-19 and pervasive international travel restrictions, after counting the number of participants who prefer to attend the conference in the site, WCMSE 2022 conference has been held in full virtual style on August 26-28, 2022 as the workshop of IMMS 2022.

At the beginning of the conference, Prof. Shuliang Li, Fellow (Life) of the British Computer Society, the University of Westminster, UK, and School of Economics & Management, Southwest Jiaotong University, China delivered the opening remarks to welcome all participants, introduce the conference data, reviewing process, conference program, etc. During the conference period, Keynote Speakers: Prof. Adrian Hopgood, Fellow of the British Computer Society, the University of Portsmouth, UK, his speech title is：Artificial intelligence for improved healthcare； Prof. Daniel O'Leary, University of Southern California, USA, his speech title is：Massive Data Language Models and Conversational AI: Emerging Issues；and Prof. Shuliang Li delivered the speech：The Metaverse: framework, quantum strategies, technologies and analytics.
Afterwards, there were arranged 6 parallel sessions for authors' oral presentation and discussion. These topics were related to: Data Modeling and Data Management; Technological Innovation and Human Resource Management; Enterprise Investment and Development; Public Service and Management; Network and Information Management; Product Quality Control and Pricing Models. After evaluation of session chairs, finally 6 best presenters were selected and annouced in the award announcement at the end of the conference.
